Diye bir ses duydum!
O sırada Helikon sanat evinin duvarlarında ki tablolara ve heykellere bakıyordum.

Hani savaşta, bir şarapnel parçası vücudunuza çarpar da, neye uğradığınızı şaşırırsınız ya!
Öyle oldum işte.
Sesin geldiği yöne doğru döndüğümde, Sanatçı Soheila Bahadormanesh!
Eseri hakkında bilgi veriyordu sanatseverlere,
Mahkemelerde hakimlerin kullandığı tahta bir çekiç ve birkaç da kırık ceviz vardı tabloda.
O ifade, o zeka, o incelik, ve tabloda ki uyum büyülemişti beni.

Hal bu ki İLK girişte gözüme çarpmıştı, demek ki anlayamamıştım ilk görüşte!
Hani vizontele filminde “şerefsizim benim aklıma gelmişti” demişti ya! Deli emin!
Keşke ben söyleyebilseydim, keşke cahil kamyoncu abim söyleyebilseydi diye ahlandım vahlandım!
Ama maalesef benim aklıma gelmemişti!
İşte böyle bir şey sanatçı zekası!
İşte bu kadar lazım her millete.

Bir millet sanattan ve sanatkardan mahrumsa tam bir hayata malik olamaz.
Sanatsız kalan bir milletin bir ayağı topal, bir kolu çolak, sakat ve alil bir kimse gibidir.
Sanatsız kalan bir milletin hayat damarlarından biri kopmuş olur demiş ya!

Ne kadar da doğru söylemiş
O 100 yıl önce yine çok doğru söylemiş,ben 46 yaşında anlamıştım, anca!
Herkesin onu her konuda geç anladığı gibi!
Ruhu şad olsun.
Hele modern sanat!
Öyle dağ nehir ev çiçek resmi gibi değil,
Onlar zaten huzur veren türden!
Sanat huzur vermemeli!!!
Sarsmalı, düşündürmeli, öfkelendirmeli, değiştirmeli, geliştirmeli insanı.
Bir şey katmalı!
Çiçek çiçek gibi, böcek böcek gibi olmamalı.
OLMAMALI.
Tabiri yerinde ise isyanın dili olmalı, sanat.
Hayvanlarda vardı Soheila Bahadormanesh’in tablolarında ama,
köpek köpek gibi, kedi kedi gibi değildi tabloda!
Hepsine bir anlam bir bakış açısı gizlemişti.
Hepsine bir isyan!
Hepsinde ayrı bir anlam!
Çok sanatçı vardı, ve çok sanat eseri, ama!
İlk vurgunu Soheila Bahadormanesh’den yediğimden olsa gerek buğulanmıştı gözlerim bilincim kapanmıştı.
Sonrasını pek fark edemedim.
Hani elçiye zeval olmaz derler ya, olsun inşallah, zeval de olsun bize.
Sürçü lisan ettim se de hamd olsun.
Yeter ki işe yarasın kalemim, en azında Süheylanın fırçası kadar!

Soba was born in a little town in Iran. She grew up in Tehran, where her family moved when she was 5 years old. After her studies in Computer Software Programming at the Tehran Valiasr University, she worked for several years as an instructor in her own vocational high school. In 2018, after trying to express the cruelty to women through poems for a while, Soba thought she needed a more universal medium of expression, and so her painting career began. Without attending any courses, she discovered her talent and ability to paint technically, as some gallery owners say. Her paintings are created in figurative, hyper-realistic and pop-art style, and her main subject is women.
A very sensitive individual herself, Soba simply cannot be indifferent to other people and their feelings. The more she feels happy, the more she thinks about the people who are in pain, especially women.
In the current world, everyone, every day, uploads photos of their joys and happy moments to the Internet, sharing their lives and getting likes.While this sort of behavior is not bad, we can be quite ignorant of the pain people across the globe are going through. She thinks that people like her can sometimes be boring, but she knows this is the inevitable truth.
Anyhow, for years I just composed poetry to transfer my feelings about the oppression to women, especially Middle-eastern women, cause I was and am one of them. After a while, I thought that I needed something else – a medium that was more universal for transferring this feeling, so I started painting and I did it. I’m not a political person. I even hate being political. I just want to remind the people around the world, at least twice a year, that beside their happiness, remember the weak and oppressed people.
